Aston Villa and Scotland star John McGinn gets snaps with fans as he visits Kilmarnock

Scottish star John McGinn spent his Saturday in Kilmarnock as he visited Rugby Park to watch his brother Stephen.
The result was not ideal for Killie’s loyalists as the Ayrshire side lost 1-0 to Partick Thistle, but the Aston Villa midfielder gave fans photos at the stadium.
He also spent the pre-game at the Hotel Portmann, which is a hot spot for spectators before and after games.
He traveled after his side’s 1-0 defeat at Southampton on Friday night – which has since led to the sacking of Dean Smith.
But Killie fans were delighted to see him in Ayrshire days before he joined Steve Clarke for their final Scottish camp of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
A buzzing fan said: “I spotted John in the Portmann and couldn’t believe it, fair play for him.

“He was more than happy to have pictures with the fans and he was a really great guy, so down to earth.
“I also saw him outside the Frank Beattie booth taking pictures with supporters, it’s great to see.”
