Chelsea host Tottenham Hotspur in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-finals tonight.
Chelsea will be looking to get off to a good start with a home win to increase their chances of making their ninth Carabao Cup final. Tottenham will be looking for a good home result before facing Thomas Tuchel’s side in the return leg on January 12.
The winner of both matches will face Liverpool or Arsenal at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 27 February.

Tuchel has confirmed that Belgium international Romelu Lukaku is back in the squad after apologizing to Chelsea for his unauthorized interview. Chelsea will however be deprived of star goalkeeper Edouard Mendy as he has now traveled to join the Senegal team for CAN.
Andreas Christensen and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are uncertain while Timo Werner could have a few minutes under his belt after returning to training on Monday. Full-backs Ben Chilwell and Reece James are still ruled out due to long-term injuries.
For Spurs, Steven Bergwijn, Cristian Romero and Ryan Sessegnon all remain out of action. No new injuries occurred in their victory over Watford this weekend.
