Idaho employers struggle to find workers
Idaho continues to be one of many states where employers struggle to fill vacancies. We’ve seen companies start posting signs that service and hours of operation need to be cut due to lack of manpower.
Employers in Idaho have tried to raise wages, offer signing bonuses and other incentives in hopes of attracting potential employees. So far, Gem State Businesses continues to struggle to find workers.
