Inside the newly opened Fosse Park Holland and Barrett store
The latest addition to the Fosse Park food court has opened for the first time.
Health and wellness retailer Holland and Barrett opened its new store yesterday, inside Food Central.
The 1,367 square foot store carries a line of vitamins, supplements, specialty foods, sports nutrition and ethical beauty brands.
It stocks over 3,000 products and includes a dedicated Manuka honey berry and a Click and Collect area for those who have placed orders on the Holland and Barrett website.

Two current Holland and Barrett staff are “qualified to advise” and have the equivalent of an A level in nutrition, while the five new colleagues in the store are working towards this qualification.
According to the company, sustainability is at the heart of the new store, which has been fitted out with 100% recyclable materials, including metals, wood, plastics, fiberboard and flooring.
The lighting has also been redesigned to be more efficient, reduce energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions.
Store Manager Chris Childs said: “We’re excited to open the doors of our brand new store here in Fosse Park today and can’t wait to start welcoming customers and showing them some of the great products we have to offer. . It’s a brilliant retail destination and it’s great that Holland and Barrett is now a part of it.
“As a team, we are incredibly proud of the new store. It offers our customers a wider range of supplements, clean and conscious beauty and sports nutrition. We have a team of qualified experts who will be on hand to advise customers, on their needs, and to recommend products that are right for them. “
