Nexba Expands Functional Beverage Offering with Range of Nootropics | New

Nexba expands its range of functional drinks with nootropics.
He launched three sparkling drinks – Focus, Glow and Calm – in Holland & Barrett (rsp: £2.29/330ml).
Focus is marketed as a “tangy” passion fruit drink with ginseng, green tea and vitamin D.
Glow, meanwhile, was a “refreshing” grapefruit drink with ginkgo biloba, aloe vera and vitamins A and C, the brand said, while Calm was a “delightfully fresh and juicy” blueberry drink. , containing ashwagandha, chamomile and vitamin B.
All three drinks contained “only natural and active nootropic ingredients” without sugar, and are said to “support mental well-being and create better mood management,” Nexba said.
They were suitable for “everyone, from the health-conscious consumer to the person looking to feel good, improve focus and be calm,” the brand added.
The launch comes as Nexba has spent the past few months making concrete efforts to expand beyond its kombucha core.
For example, it recently unveiled a line of sugar-free, caffeine-free energy drinks with added prebiotics.
However, Nexba is certainly not the only soft drink brand hoping to entice health-conscious consumers with innovations with added benefits.
Take Energy One, which hit the market last month with a functional energy drink duo with added B vitamins; or Headstand, which launched its “calming” coffee leaf seltzer in May.
It’s not just startups – established players are also hoping to capitalize on functional launches. Vita Coco recently launched a CBD-infused cola drink, while Fentimans unveiled a trio of vitamin-enriched drinks in February.
